What are your shipping charges?

FREE! All orders placed on our website receive free ground shipping in the continental US.

When will my order ship?

All orders placed weekdays before 4:00pm CST will ship out that day. Orders placed after 4pm, on weekends or holidays will ship on the following business day. Please note we cannot ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

How long will it take to get my order?

We ship in the continental US via FedEx Ground from our warehouse in Kansas City so transit times of 1-3 days. After your order has shipped, you will receive an email with shipment tracking information.  See below map for transit times. Note: Drop-ship or other small items may arrive via other carriers and arrive separately from your vials and caps.

Can I have my order shipped expedited or next day air?

Yes, however you are liable for the shipping charge which can run $100+ per case. To help keep costs to a minimum we recommend only sending enough product to get you by until you can receive your normal ground shipment. If you require expedited shipping, please contact Customer Service at 1-877-44-VIALS.

What is the return policy?

Did you order the wrong item? Not a problem. We accept items for credit or exchange if returned in new, sale-able condition within 30 days of the original sale. Contact a customer service representative at 1-877-44-VIALS for return authorization before returning any items. All returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee and should be shipped to VIALS.com, Attn: Returns, 10800 Strang Line Road, Lenexa, KS 66215

Damaged Product

If you receive a package that appears to have been damaged in shipping, please refuse the delivery and call a customer service representative at 877.44.VIALS. This will allow for the quickest resolution and allow us to immediately ship a replacement to you.

If after receiving your items you notice any issues, please immediately call a customer service representative at 877.44.VIALS. Please have the following information available when you call: the invoice or packing list number from the shipment of the item and lot number on the box/bag (if applicable).

Received Wrong Item

We always strive for perfection but mistakes do happen. If you receive the wrong item, please immediately call a customer service representative at 877.44.VIALS so we can resolve the situation.
